Questions about pricing
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. If Recover doesn't pay for itself in the first two weeks, cancel and owe nothing.
Can I cancel mid-month?
Yes. Cancel any time from your Stripe billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds, but you'll never be charged after canceling.
What counts as a recovered payment?
A recovery occurs when a previously failed invoice is subsequently paid, within the 7-day dunning window. We track this via the
invoice.paid Stripe webhook event. The dashboard attributes the recovery to the dunning sequence when the invoice ID matches.Is there a revenue share?
No. Never. Flat $29/mo regardless of how much you recover. No percentage of recovered revenue, no overage fees, no tiers. What you recover is entirely yours.
Do prices change as my MRR grows?
No. $29/mo is the same whether you have $1k or $100k MRR. We built Recover with a flat fee specifically because we hate tools that penalize your success.
